The Whole Space Approach
Whether you’re navigating a transition, stepping into a new stage of life, recovering from stress or burnout, or simply ready to lead yourself with greater intention, The Whole Space provides the tools, practices, and grounded support to help you build clarity, balance, and resilience.
Through interpersonal coaching and breathwork, we help you cultivate alignment between mind and body so that real, sustainable transformation can take shape. Our work supports you in releasing old patterns, expanding self-awareness, and strengthening trust in your own inner wisdom.
Our approach blends therapeutic foundations with transformational coaching, rooted in a science-informed understanding of breathwork and the mind–body connection. We focus on supporting both your emotional experience and the physiology beneath it, offering tools that feel grounded, practical, and compassionate. Guided by her training as a Licensed Professional Counselor, founder Jamie Hollis brings a deep respect for the whole person to this work.

Community Breath: Services for Groups
Small-Group Introspective Breathwork
Small-group breathwork is designed to create space for intentional pause, nervous system restoration, and deeper connection — both with yourself and within community. These guided in-person experiences are offered in calm, supportive environments and range from intimate group gatherings to small community-based sessions hosted in partnership with local spaces and organizations. Each session invites you to slow down, reconnect, and explore breath as a tool for grounding, clarity, emotional release, and presence.

Private Breath: Services for Individuals
1:1 Introspective Breathwork
Breathwork is both ancient and contemporary—a practice long recognized for its ability to shift internal states. Introspective Breathwork™ is a client-led method designed to quiet the mind, regulate emotions, and restore balance to the nervous system. Rooted in physiology, sessions guide you into a deeper understanding of the connection between your breath, body, and inner experience.
Scientific research shows that breathwork can reduce stress and anxiety, improve emotion regulation and mood, support nervous system balance and enhance focus and overall wellbeing.

Small-Group Coaching Workshop
This workshop series is designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and meaningful connection. Through experiential practices, guided reflection, and intentional group discussion, each session offers space to explore yourself more deeply and move through life with greater clarity, presence, and intention. Rooted in shared experience and supportive conversation, these gatherings encourage honest reflection, deeper understanding, and authentic connection within community.

I am so glad you are here. Meet Founder, Jamie Hollis
I created The Whole Space as a home for recovery, insight, and curiosity. I’ve learned that two of the most important questions we can ask ourselves are: Who am I? and What am I here to do? When we turn inward and listen, we often uncover something deeper—our truest self—and that becomes the path toward living with greater authenticity and ease.
The Whole Space grew out of my own experience of burnout and reckoning. For years, I moved through life on high alert, believing vigilance kept me safe. Instead, it left me exhausted in a way rest couldn’t fix. With the support of therapy, coaching, and eventually breathwork, I began to reconnect with my inner knowing. Breathwork, in particular, brought an immediate sense of relief—like my whole body exhaled. That shift sparked my curiosity, my healing, and ultimately my vision for this work.
We all reach moments when something inside us asks for more—more clarity, more connection, more truth. The Whole Space was created to honor those moments. Here, you’re invited to realign with your purpose, nurture resilience, and create a life that feels like your own.
